AQL Level

The Acceptable Quality Limit (AQL) is widely used in quality inspection, it is the normal tool to assess whether or not the quality meet to client’s standard.

AQL helps to determine an acceptance quality limit that:

-- How many sampling size to be selected from the order quantity

-- How many defects could be allowed in a batch of goods

It is the maximum limit of defects for a certain number of products quantity.

Besides AQL level, we could follow to customer’s demand on sampling size, or carry out tailor-made level depends on customer’s request to quality.
